Advise on starting a 2 stroke after a two year break.

Due to a variety of reason T have not started my KTM 250 2 stroke for about 2 year. I want to start riding it again. Was going to put fresh petrol with two stroke oil in. Clean spark plug and then fire it up (battery is fine) All good? or should I do something else, just thinking about getting oil into the cylin...
