192-294!You do know that river level was actually raised by 5 to 6 feet by the diversion of the watercourse dont you?I thought a dam for a leat had something to do with it.I met six foot of water a long way before my map said I should meet the river.The drop into the water from the(artificially raised)drive is at least 6 feet down too so if you get through you won't get out.Going the other way would just cause a big splash.

I've looked at 192-003 a while back, although there is lying water at the western end with a few trees to negotiate aswell i'm keen to take another gander at the lane in question if anyone else is?

As for 192-294 i walked most of it on sunday the N.Eastern is do able if keeping to the right on entering the river but as you've said pete the bank exiting the still stream further up is a challenge still, but could be made trf friendly..

The question is!
It can be cleared with some effort but is it worth it for the usage, its only going to be seasonal when water levels allow, or maybe just a short lane to ride from the S.W. end and turn around until someone is brave enough to go the distance wink

any takers for volunteering to help in another small project smile ?

um! low rivers, 2 photos of lop??ll dam 2 weeks ago on the 6ft marker, never seen it above 2ft, and a pic of a normal days crossing last week

Perhaps a trip to Harty country is in order to look at 192-003 and 181-049

Been to both of these tonight and i reckon they are both do-able. 181-049 is between 6 inches and 1.5 feet from what I can see, and 192-003 is 2 ft at it's deepest I reckon.

I'll do it, but I'll need to walk them first, plus they need branches clearing out the way first. Any offers of assistance????????? biggrin
