Spotted this and even bid on it. First saw it at Fagins the antique place at Hele nr Exeter took a photo which I had on my phone for ages and then chris spotted it on ebay last week. I didn't win it.

looks like a little yamaha I had a few years back
49cc auto... just looked... well cobby... so bought it for £50
rebuilt it and sold on for £300!!
