ok its starting to bug me. When i post why do i have that little label icon appear??

Scrub that - I've no idea wht the icon is there for but it wasn't what I was thinking it is.

I think it shows YOU what thread you have started - so that you can find it more readily.

That looks correct but thats Dumb!!!! It says who started it in the next column!

Dan, if you look at postings using the "Recent Posts" option then the "Started By" column is not available. However, the label is still shown. wink
Just maybe ......... then again there could well be a definite answer, but who knows? confuse

Unless I have totally misunderstood, ther label icon is there to allow you to add a bit of text  against the particualr thread. Just click on a label and a little text box opens which allows you to type a note in and then save it with the blue plus sign.......

Also - when you post a message and see the tag, if you hover your mouse over the tag you have an option of sticking a comment in the listing.
You can also remove the comment from the listing by mouse hovering on the tag and clicking the cross.

It's so that tags giving extra information can be added and removed from the topic title you originally made.
