Then one can only hope that the press report that "there was no case to answer" with the same vigour and enthusiasm as the initial allegation.

Perhaps, in the interests of balance and fairness, our PRO should request that they do.

So what do we read into this then...

that they weren't ilegal?

they didn't assault the man in question and he made it up?

its a good outcome whatever the reason and a releif for the people involved
