I like this quote :-

Theres a place for four strokes doing the dull jobs. Theyre bloody heavy and dont give the power or the torque of the two-strokes. We believe two-strokes are simply better and people who try them quickly agree. But Loach warns that the four-stroke mafia loom large: The misinformation thats spread about two-strokes goes right up to government. Its a serious threat to our business, and we have to confront other manufacturers propaganda all the time.

See Biff, Doug, me - we are just ahead of the game, trendsetters.....come on chaps - see the light wink

Moving away from bikes............. to outboard engines.

I know many commercial / sensible boat owners who will only use Evinrude E-Tec engines - 2T fuel injection, available in V6 config as well. Much lighter, better fuel efficiency etc etc..

I like the comment that  "every revolution is a power stroke. That means twice the power strokes of a four stroke. Plus, the computer-controlled engine management system delivers the perfect fuel mix directly to the combustion chamber for hair-trigger response."

I love the 4T - but would really love a 450 2T!wink

Well after reading a recent TBM article on 2strokes the fueling for boats is a lot more predictable due to steady throttle, revs and load.
Also the bit about the Honda AR Active Radical System being the biggest thing since the power valve and being the way forward in terms of emissions and power.Yet Honda with their patient on this technology still decide to pullout of 2stroke production surely this must tell us something?

Also this MCN article is 2 years old and I've not seen anything since.

EMAP is well known for padding out their publishing's. It must have been a quite week press wise.
