I am new to TRF and see from the annual accounts that there is fund raising

I have a field with a nice barn and good views and and its on a very popular TRF lane ,real good access

I was thinking of a  barbecue where riders could call in for a bit of food and drink (if its wet go in the big barn)  hours ie between 12 and 4pm ? Would enough riders call in? on a sunday?

All funds to TRF

TRF help would be required as i cant cook

only a idea

I would be happy to lead a group around and use the BBQ as a lunch and mickey taking stop.

Bring it up at tuesdays meeting and judge interest by the reaction.

I like it Pete,i think it would be a nice relaxing break and social time ,but you need numbers to make any kind of money may be 50 or more ?

If it was planned in advance how many would call in?

Any one can use the field for a event on any date just let me know so i can unlock it.

We have a very comprehensive method of dealing with events, but we try not to burden the forum with the nitty gritty cos its intensley boreing.
