the cb engine needed a new carb as the replacment one sold with the bike was cheap chinese copy , and the donner carb from dan was for a cg125 and had as very minor bend where it bolts to the engine so was no good and created a leak. iv got an original on the way, also new rings and they are a little out of spec but piston is fine after a clean up, bore is really good still and valves cleaned up good too, although the inlet valve has small dent marks onto of it asif the tapet? (if thats what it is) had be pounding on top of it, might of also been a reason for poor running. my thoughts was it was too tight, so once back together i will have my first go at adjusting them (best to learn on something like this) and JT that engine would, front mounts could be made and if the swing arm doesnt fit i will get a ridgid one made up.. this is what i am going to slowley turn it in too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfw8fhfJG7w&feature=related
