£750 seems a bit steep for a knackered old Huskey with no stand & grey pubes all over it.biggrin

Also sounds like the seller is a bit of an idiot too.

Lol, I thought is was funny.

On a side note I have just put new tyres and wheel bearings and stripped down the carb, checked valves etc on my 53plate HuskyTE450, that would be the one I acquired nearly two years ago on the Tuesday a week before before I was paralysed the next Tuesday with the Gullian Barre in July 2010.

Since then Longman rode it once to check it actually ran and change gears etc

It was a not a good cold starter and I fixed a few things two years ago but never got to ride it, but I have read they all are hard to start cold with the Mukuni carb.

Chucked it back together and it started reasonably easy, just given it a blast and it goes pretty well. Last bike I rode was Snafs 200xlr back in October 2011 and before that my KTM back in June 2010 so its a big step up in power and probably not the best bike to ease back into trail riding no

Got the front up easy in third but I am really wary as my legs are still weak and I notice it when trying to get on and off it. hmm

I have to ask - Do you drive a Saxo?

Joking aside, there was a dodgy bike dealer based near Lydney who nicked my YZ125 and KX250 on the trailer when I lived in Cheltenham. Came to view my RGV250 and nicked the crossers the same night.

But the bikes were never found......furious
