Im Back Normal Service is resumed

DSC00458.JPG

Having left the land that time forgot in the mountains of NW Spain, Im now home so if you require welding, machining, KTM stands, Bar Risers etc etc please form an orderly queue

Once I have got my riding head back on, I will be posting some rides

If you wonder what I do heres a photo, first you take 60 pontoons 1500 foot up a mountain and assemble them on a lake behind a 300 foot dam, then we haul 1000 tons of saturation diving system up and put it together test it and then keep it running 24 hours a day for 4 weeks whilst we plug 2, 3 metre diametre pipes on the dam floor with 100 metres head of water behind them

And in 2 months time we go back take out the plugs, pull the whole thing to bits and get it back down the mountain

And the roads are about the same size as you find in Branscombe just a lot steeper

What you choose to do in your spare time is your business, Tim.

Whilst you're away swanning about up hills and in the water is not our concern. disbelief

Your proper business has been neglected so be quick and get your finger out.

I bet it's nice to be back now that the Devon drought and monsoon seasons are over. smile

So they can take 2, 50 year old 3metre gate valves out and repair them, without emptying the dam and flooding half of NW spain

Why?

Would we notice if the NW Spain was flooded?

They could always package and sell the water to SE England to end their drought. biggrin

Now that is a business opportunity, just wonder how much a pipeline would cost, as they have a massive amount there and no problems with a drought
