What was the boot attached too? And watch out, RichT4 will be along in a minute, I'm sure he invented something for this purpose a year or two back

My boots came back very wet from Wales so as soon as I can be bothered to unpack my van my boots will be sat under my boots drier.
Stuff with newspaper and then set fire to the newspaper. Alternatively stuff with newspaper and put near heater, change newspaper at least once. If you don't read newspapers just put boots near heater and wait a bit longer.
