Am amazed how that ended up there .......did it drop out of a pocket?? guess you're 'lucky' it weren't a pound coin!!    though on second thoughts, a pound coin may have not jammed in there in the first place ......

Spot the problem with the pic! Just caused my back wheel to lock up and go sliding sideways across the road. Somehow didnt drop the bike !
