Being a bit of a bike tart, I'm now hoping to have found 'The one'! I've been after a greenlaner, but also something that will travel at speed on the tarmac with camping gear etc. So all you orange brigade out there, please forgive my previous hitherto's!

It's only just over a year old, with only 670 running miles on the clock and never been off road. It's all standard, so have a little bit to do, to get it how I want.

I took it out greenlaning today, but had a few scares with dualsport tyres on in the mud!

Anyway it's a KTM 690 Enduro, 6 speed, F.I., 138kg(135kg when new exhaust goes on this week), it also has 3 power settings for varying terrain, with setting 3 being like **** off a shovel mode!

If it's anything like my SMC, the tank's under the seat with the filler cap at the rear of the seat.

Yep, that's where it is.

After riding the Yammy 250R the 690 shouldn't feel too different out on the lanes.

I just hope I'm there to watch it, can I borrow a video camera from someone please.biggrin
