Hi, at one of the recent meetings at Bovey it was discussed whether to invite ed to talk to the group. I can't remember who volunteered to contact him but if its you could you pm me any contact details you have, as I'm interested in talking to him about his trips. Is he coming to talk to us sometime soon? Thanks for your help.

I have contacted him twice by facebook since I originally asked him, and he showed interest. Since then he hasn't bothered replying, maybe you will have more luck Jacks...

Thanks, I've tried an email from his website, but no reply to that. I read though that he's setting up a ride from Ulaan Batar (? sp) back to uk, buying chinese bikes over there, next june, if anyone fancies a scooter adventure.smile

just browsed his website with interest and did something similar myself with a VW transporter mid 90's..to india and back again..strictly overland.

would be interested in attending a talk or even a similar adventure
