After a replacement exhaust header for a 2004 400 exc, mines a little bent and rusty!!

I once (a few years ago) bought a brand new pattern (not OEM) stainless steel header for my '04 400 (same engine / figment as yours) off eBay for £90. It's obviously a bit heavier then the OEM equivelant but being SS it don't rust!!! Have a search.
