I think the Q4 is a fair bit louder than the stock pipe though hmm

Hope you don't mind me borrowing your post but i think the '05 is different to yours.

It's also different to earlier 450's

I met some walkers last week out the back of shaldon (names soon request) and they said they are getting fed up of bikes creeping up on them and like a noisy pipe. Got that open face helmet here you wanted jack. Pmsl.

Steve i have a friend from reading that has just bought a wr450 for a supermoto and wants a "Loud" exhaust. His is an 03 but im unsure what exhaust he currently has on it. Im told all 03-06 will fit as its just the standard can design that changed. Ill find out what he currently has and get back to you...

Back to the thread chaps....don't bother with the mod as it doesn't uncork it ,just makes it louder best leave it alone or throw it as far as yer arms will let you and buy aftermarket as mentioned before.....few less pasty stops means more in the fmf q4 pot for fleabag!! Oh of course IMHO

Those older WR exhausts look a bit naff in my opinion. Looks like its trying to be a 2T. Although most 2t silencers look more like 4ts these days.

I have a doma on my wr 2000 would swap him if he was interested. If they fit
