Only paid up TRF members are able to view the following four sections.

Run Reports (where Brians link takes you)

Runs/Rides Out

Lane Clearing

Rights Of Way

So either you have not joined, or have only joined very recently, and are not (yet) authorised to view until Deb changes your permissions to give you full access. (Usually takes just a few days).
