I am pretty sure this must have been posted before - but it deserves to make a reappearance as this needs to be seen to be believed.
During an interview after, Martin states the bike is totally standard and he didn't even trash the wheels. Had 1 puncture during filming and that's all.
You must be born with skills like this - you just couldn't learn them.
