Trying to buy a gas gas ec 250 ?

Hello can anyone please give me some pointers as i am going to look at a new bike this week end its a gas gas ec 250 2011 what should i expect or look out for ?

Cracked exhaust port
Worn foot peg pin holes in frame
Rounded off and miss matched bolts
Excessive oil out of exhaust (spooge)

Plus the normal bearings,suspension bushes,fork seals, radiator damage.

It will be a nice bike if well maintained and sensibly upgraded
