F-ing Thieves !!!! WHIPTON HIDE YOUR BIKES

so...was walking to the shops and saw a bunch of lads around a red cg 125, in the freezing cold in the pissing down rain about 30mins ago.instantly thought "dodgey".

went around the corner up kingsley avenue in whipton just off the summerway road and got my fone out as a bluff, suprise suprise they see me and walk off. i get on the fone to the actual police to report it, and 2 nob heads come back, jump on it with a blatent disregard im within 20ft on the fone (thick as thieves is the saying?) i walk over to the guy, off comes the coat and out came the guns.. yanked him off the bike saying this isnt yours mate, twist is arm up behind his back and lock his legs between mine (thank god for BJJ)

ripped off his hood and to my suprise was a lad about 15-16 ( he looked much older at first) saw the pain and tears in his eyes and let him up to loosen the restrant a tad so i didnt break his arm, but the wanker got free as i was still on fone to police and had to pick my fone back up from the floor.

police came, was stolen from sidbury or sidford cant remember where the officer said.

thought id post up because of the amount of thefts around pinhoe and whipton recently and know there is alot of bikes on show at times around here that can be easy pickings so lock em up and learn from my lesson, if they cry, let them cry abit longer.

rant over.

Lath, you should have broke his arm - if he's big and old enough to nick someone's bike then he is old enough to take what's coming......

Good on you for having a go as most would have walked on past.

Nice 1 Lath, did you happen to get a bit of a look at the 1 you grabbed ?, there is a couple lads that live in Walpole close and another lad who lives in Arena Park. I know of a couple culprits in the area let me have a description and if its who I think will forward a name an address on the little scumbags. I don't live to far away from you either.

I know from asking around and being told the lad I grabbed was called jordan. I'd reconsise his scummy face anywhere. That's all I know. He was wearing a grey hoodie, dark blue trackies, black glives. Short blonde hair

What are the local PCSO's like, I know the Wonford beat are pretty good and have a very high profile facebook life, you post something and action is normally pretty swift, they also know a lot of the local 'likelies', mind you it doesn't stop another section 30 being posted for the next 6mths.
As ever it only tends to be a handful that really affect the masses.
+1 for not looking the other way.

i caught a couple of lads on my mums moped ( they had wrecked it) and i "stopped them with reasonable force" ,

not only did the little scumbag try and get me charged with assault, he asked the copper who was not far behind me to be a witness to this.disbelief
he then asked me to be his witness to say that the copper had used unnecessary force to apprehend him!no

i don't ring the police any more!!!!!evileye

I saw 2 of the littles s---s yesterday afternoon, I can almost guarantee the 1 you described isn't called Jordan that could be his mate, the lad you grabbed is 17 and lives up the top of arena park.
