Nah, it's because one of the guys with us on the Croatia trip in 2012 had one, and it developed a problem for stalling and not re-starting. It got worse & worse and eventually the guy left to ride home....., and broken down & needed recovery on the way.
I suspect they did a recall and fixed that issue now though.
