I have been asked by the police to make sure that all members and users of the lanes in and around Woodbury common, please stick to the Right of way. Apparently there has been a lot of problems on the common of late, with various miscreants and neerdowells, riding wheresoever they please. The police know that it is not any members who are doing this, so please don`t let me and yourselves down, by being caught riding where you should not.
They have also asked that if we see anyone, doing what they should not to please let them know. I for one am more than happy to do this.
So if you see something and don't wish to report it yourself then please let me know.
At the moment they are getting almost daily reports from the general public about riding on the commons and some muppet almost got taken out the other week, when he shot out in front of a police car on a shout, then proceeded to wheelie down the road.
