Folk moan about the poor state of the surfaced roads which the authority's don't have the funding to repair - then they spend money surfacing un surfaced roads upsetting folks who don't want them 'repaired'
Is it just me or is the world actually totally screwed up?
Hay ho - just keep swimming as Dory says otherwise my head really starts to hurt if I try to work it all out
