Thought the warning was going to be about the start time.

In the absence of a Chairman the meeting will be chaired by our treasurer Jane who tells me she'll be starting at 8pm prompt smile.

Doug they have never got a local forecast right once, probably due to the fact none of them there know how to open a window and stick their heads out.   Funny that because the forecasts we get offshore are accurate almost to the minute, but then the shipping companies pay dearly for them,  so they are never going to put accurate information to the public.

The MET is busy buying new computers to model the future weather forecasts, the thing is the current one not longer works as the weather patterns have changed nononono

Weather patterns must be different at sea because they are still putting out  very accurate forecasts to those who pay.

I did wonder Russ, whether you'd encounter any of the adverse weather that was predicted and that we witnessed here in Plymouth, i.e. Heavy hail storms which turned the roads white. Seems you did.
