My OH has just landed a new job which requires her to do a bit more driving than before, so we are looking for a runabout which is cheap to run and isn't going to surprise us with large bills. No long distances, just more frequent.
I'm a cheapskate, so a budget of £500 - £1500 with a long MOT.
Don't mind doing minor work, but don't want a liability.
