I fitted them to a spare set of rims, takes a bit of getting used to on the road, i keep thinking my front is flat.

Yup, knackered.
Thats the trouble with mooses.
Wrap moose in old inner tube, slit all the way round, loads of pipe grease, zip tie old tube to moose, not tight, just tight enough to hold tube in place, half a dozen will do.
As mooses deteriorate, they do so on the inside, goes like powder.
On the road, if not disgustingly slippery, they will gradually heat up, break down and get smaller as a result.
I know it means sticking hand in pocket but TUBLISS - no contest.

It was a brand new michelin mousse, sized correctly to the tyre. It just felt heavy and flat compared to the tube, used to it now.
Got a tubliss in the rear, and a new tubliss hanging up in the garage ready to go in the front, just cba to remove the mousse now, so will get changed when the tyre is due renewal
