Thought id try here first, looking for one of those thule or witter type tow bar platforms that your bike sits on top, with a built in lights, ideally a three bike but could cope with two if anyone has one.

Hi I've got a pendle rack will take four bikes or less, it's old but good and strong haven't used in a long time,I could get some pictures if interested,I'm near Bovey Tracey.
