Hi all,  I picked  up a bike for my eldest and still a little to big for her so need something for over the summer,  her'new' one has 24" wheels and a 13" frame, so something with 20" wheels might be better,  guess I jumped up two sizes and she didn't fancy being arched on a rack. 

Just missed out on a local Gumtree one so asked here before trolling the bay.

W we're in Devon so some gears please.
