Shed base

Does anyone on here do concreting. Need a shed base done in the next couple of weeks. It's all prepared and shuttered.

if you can get easy access to your garden get a ready mix lorry or mix to match lorry and lay it yourself just done mine took about 30 mins then,  mine was 8ft x 10 ft and 6 inch deep and used 1.2 cube which cost me £205 just to give you a idea

O have looked a fayhes (maybe spelt wrong). You get 20 mins to unload which I couldn't heel up with as I've got to Barrow it down an alley.. guess they could drop on a tarp.

you could drop it on tarp or fill a couple of wheely bins (done that before lol ) if you go down the mix by hand route it will take all day to do it and you will only save money by doing it yourself but its not much cheaper if you pay someone it will cost you more than the ready mix

If you have a plant nearby and access to a trailer collect it and then have some willing mates to help barrow it in massive saving on getting it delivered

Done loads of jobs like this, use "Jetset", that way you arent paying for empty wagon space, no extra to lose etc.
Mixing dumpy bag wise is a non starter, just do the maths.
Use jetset, its a 1/2 hour job.
Dependant on how far you have to take concrete, make sure you have 2 or 3 wheelbarrows and bods, its a balance thing.
You need one on levelling / tamp if narrow enough.
Dont tip a wheelbarrow until it is exactly where the man levelling wants it!!!
There 2 ways to do a concreting job, the right way and the wrong way.
The wrong way is bloody hard work, the easy way is just that, easy.
