Just wanted to see if anyone knows of any places where you can turn up and play! just to practice techniques and ride freely really, not MX tracks just pay and play type deals. I have seen Baldhu Quarry in Cornwall but can't get a concrete answer on if its still open or not, don't mind travelling around devon, cornwall, somerset so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Baldhu Quarry is a closed site now, I believe it's been closed for a while now also found out that the guy who used to collect the money wasn't the owner
I did go down there the other week with a couple of guys had a little ride around for about 40 mins then pushed off. There are no signs stating that you are not allowed in.
The gate that stops you going in not fixed at one end so it's not really locked  does it stop you getting in  I'm not saying go can go there to ride but I'm not saying you can't
there don't seems to be any control there or signage so what do you do  I know what we did
