Ok I used to own an 04 model (5tj) you will find that the radiator in question is model specific to 03 04 05 06 steel frames, rad it self is physicaly chunkier than later models, that said I think I still have a new set of radiator grills if anyone interested? Why not replace with after market ones as there down in price , quality ok so far....
I have bought and used a Ying tong set of rads on a YZ250, after flattening the originals.
They arent as neatly welded etc but they did the job perfectly for the rest of the time that I used the bike.
Once on the bike, fit was perfect, you would never know.
The price was vastly different and the delivery was about 3 weeks.
