After a shortish monthly meeting David Bell will be hosting a presentation/discussion on run leading.
"Guidance and assistance will be given to any member wanting to take the plunge and lead groups of riders. I will take you through the procedures of preparation and leading a run in a practical and commonsense way so at the end you should have the confidence to lead.
The event will take place after a short formal monthly meeting and any experienced run leaders present will be welcome to add the benefit of their experience."
