I need some steel pannier rails blasting and coating any where in east devon ?

Ive always used the powder coaters by Aldis in Exeter, www.1stchoicefinishes.co.uk/ But if you want a fancy metallic colour theres a company in the midlands that do a cracking job, but would need to find their card.

If you want them done in a timescale then check first whether they have a backlog. I get on well with the guys at ICS Cullompton who I trust with my TTR frames. See http://www.industrialcoatingsupplies.co.uk/

If not wanting to splash the cash, you can get a perfectly good and fairly hard wearing finish from a descent brushed paint.

Its only a pair of soft pannier support rails i was given.I thought i would tart them up but £20 +vat per rail !! they are only £60 new :)

 

wire brush and paint brush it is :)

I had a small piece to powder coat,about a foot long in total,...all clean...

I thought it would be a tenner jobby and powder coat when there doing some black...

But no...£30....is there starter pricing......

You can buy diy kits now, but a can of chassis black is much cheaper!

Shame you wasnt near newton I do blasting and powder coating.
I have done many bike frames-parts & wheels
Also alloy wheel refurbs.

I'm over Ipplepen way I took over the old powder coaters here and relaunched as Spectrum Coatings South West.
I have turned the place around brought new equipment but you more than welcome to pop in and have a chat.
