Please be aware that it's the annual Devon Dirt event this coming Sunday. Several hundred mountain bikers hitting local by-ways (& bridleways) in a loop dropping down around 10 miles south of Ashburton and 15 miles north (as far a Manaton). This includes around Tipley and Simms (we go down it !!)
You may want to avoid this route or be wary of the cyclists that will be out on Sunday.
