Private section of the forum....

Is the forum still not able to include new TRF members to be added into the private section??

Why don't we just moth ball the private section? IE don't allow access to anyone & post in the general open forum area confuse

There are members who have joined wishing to know why I can't join the private section of the forum for members confuse I was only asked this the weekend

What is there to hide confuse

ALL rights of way issues are discussed in detail else where, anyone wishing to join who has a healthy interest in dealing with issues or wants to learn please ask

Well said Ian! It seems crazy to me that having joined as a full member, one still can't get access to half the forums!  As an illustration, there's the Lane clearing forum, Devon TRF are shooting themselves in the foot if a large chunk of members aren't aware of whats being planned, thus unable to volunteer. (Granted, it might not make much difference but at least the excuse for apathy is removed!) Yes, let's be open, we're doing nothing wrong or illegal, simply a group of unsurfaced road users.....   confuse

Yes happy to help with lane clearance but being a new member a year ago don't have access to any 'private' areas like lane clearance.

The last post on the lane clearing section was on the 5th October about a couple of trees down, thats sorted now

The last post in the rights of way section of the forum was on 29th September about a locked gate, that all sorted now

The issues are with 'active board' not allowing the forum admin to add new members to this section, short fix or permanent will be to just post what ever issues you find on the network in the 'General discussion board' for now - What issues are there to hide...

You can post any issues on the DCC interactive report a problem thats in the public domain, how quick things get dealt with is up to them at PRoW

If people/members just post up in the general discussion area there is no issue with others missing out - Simples
