At least you replied showing some moral support for a road that is blocked....you know.... not TTRO'd but landslide blocked...

Barky has been down there today for a walk around wink

Gonna need a Big shovel wink

Any interest in helping with the repairs to this wonderful green road???

Needs foliage clearing & tree cutting first before machinery can enter, plus collecting of hedge clippings will be vital

set a date??

Have you a more detailed plan ? I am sure we talked about this lane on a number of occasions mainly stopping the water coming down the lane, can we not direct our attention to that issue first ?

Happy to extend the plan and include people, how do you propose we stop the water, contact highways?

they arent interested?

clear the lane first before nesting season.

So why do we not contact HQ and get them to contact highways ? we pay our subs for them to conduct ROW issues.

If we waste our time clearing it for it happen again then what ?

Thanks for the TTRO update Ian, I'm sure I saw pics/video on SM of this one being ridden this week!

DCC may have a plan then?

I have updated GRM.

Your welcome Ray

I doubt anyone can get through let alone on a motorcycle wink

DCC won't have a plan until DTRF push or Volunteer to move things forward - farmer is very keen wink

Incidentally met loads of interesting locals plus they know all the adjacent land owners/farmers, oh thats so in so he'll be alright if we step in his field to cut up my tree biggrinbiggrin

Gotta love em biggrin

Speaking to the farmer on Sunday 15/3/26

He's currently 'lambing' at the moment so a bit busy, but we'll be looking at starting after easter I guess, he said 3-4 weeks time.

We'll start to clear the tree thats fallen, drier weather will help with that process as his tree has fallen into the neighbours field

I'll notify PRoW of our intentions for this visit then hopefully we can move on to further stages of repairs

I guess there is a dead line of July 2026 when the TTRO runs out, so not long really wink

The Farmer is keen, he has some big boy toys winksmile
