where did you lot come from as there was no evidence of tyre tracks on either of the approaches to the ford.... or have you developed a method even more stealthy than ours to disguise your most legal presence???????
We were the swarm(7) who you passed on Sunday on our way back from a 40 lane ride, Yealmpton, Ermington, Modbury, Aveton gifford,kingsbridge, Hope cove and back,two of our crew, tavelling down the lane cleared the river,secret is to keep to the left and pass as close to the big tree as poss or in you'r case keep the tree very close to you'r right, otherwise it is very deep, in the winter the only way is a bit of huffing & puffing to get over the bridge,the reason the lad was at the rear is that we had cleared the last lane of the day and were on our way home, next time we'll stop for a chat. As Ray says it's ok at the moment if you stay next to the tree did it a couple of weeks ago still deep but ok after today's rain j wouldn't fancy it for a day or two
