Not sure what you have planed Doug but I have the swing arm and shock out of my 450exc which I could bring along if it is any help. I'll be in a van so anything else of any size coming from Crediton area could go in as well.

Thanks for a smashing day to all concerned,

Doug, Gruff, Brian, Lost and not forgetting Noel.

Even the weather "turned out nice again". We were sat outside watching tyres being changed with attendant scratched knuckles. We had a lively discussion on how to look after trail bikes, how to select and look after riding gear, gloves, helmets.

IMG_2896.JPG

After a break for lunch we were indoors to listen to Brian and to watch his display of computer skills as he explained the intricacies of the TRF followed by Memory Map kit.

IMG_2907.JPG

Then Lost gave some salient first aid tips and guidance, with helpers.

IMG_2908.JPG

There was also time for the more spirited to enjoy a lap (or two) of Hackadown - ably guided by Lost and then Bouncing Bob.

It was certainly an informative and interesting day that was well planned and expertly given by the speakers.

THANK YOU

Martyn

Sorry, forgot to say what a great day I had. Thanks Doug and your very able assistants. I learnt a lot, probably stuff hadn't even thought of rather than more techi stuff.

A great informal day to learn the little things that can make a heck of a difference. A big thanks to all for sharing the "knowledge", only 2 cuts from changing the tyre, still not gone down so that is a good sign!

Thanks again to all who gave up their time to help.

And nothing else............
The TTR owners were there as they had heard of something called maintainence, and us KTM owners were there to see if we really need to do so much!wink

Thanks to everyone who shared their knowledge today. I found the day very informative along with the friendly banter. Also thanks to Bob and Kerry for sorting a few things on my bike.

I wonder what you'd get if Blue and Orange were mixed together ?.
