Yep brilliant, What a lovely day for it aswell, 1st one on track at 9:30 and last one back at 3:45 or so. Long day, Plenty of new bikes were looking very 2nd hand at the end of the day...

Doug would have liked it - see the old Husky and is that a maico in there as well?

I raced there a few years ago on a week old 250 gasser it looked like a 3 year old bike at the end of the day

Yep Husky 430WR, Maico, Can-am, VOR and some SWM's

There was also a guy on a Reiju Marathan doing pretty well and a Brand spanker Husky 449 on polish plates that was absolutley flying

I reckon that was the hardest thing I've done on a dirt bike so far. A bit of rain overnight, and the first hour or so was a slippery nightmare, landed on my arse alot.
Things got better later, got a bit of second wind and a confidence boost and started to enjoy it. I was very pleased I only had to do 2 laps, dont think I would have survived a third. But got to all my checks on time, made the last one with a minute to spare.
The course was great , lovely sinlge track through the woods, some good climbs and some scary descents, with the odd really tough challenging bit thrown in to sort the men from the boys. I definately think I fall into the latter category.
