Sidecar Outfit?

Does anybody have or know anyone with a sidecar outfit?

I have never driven one but I would love to try it. Can be road or enduro, not fussy, just would like the experience please.

Can anyone help me?

Many many years ago I got talked into doing a trial in as a sidecar passenger.  If I remember rightly it wasn't far from Haccadown.  One of the most painful things I've ever done relating to bikes (them sidecars are heavy when they land on you lol).

My missus just read Kev's post and asked what sort of outfit he wants to wear in a sidecar.  How I laughed biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

You should go to Simms to watch the Exeter trial and see for yourself the terrified looks on the passengers in the outfits. Wouldn't do that if you paid me.

We used to go to school everyday on my Dad's MZ 250 with a sidecar on it - Great fun :P

Dad & Me on the MZ my brother nestled in the sidecar! Lots of memories of going on 2 wheels round left right hand corners!

Those were the days :D

Kevin, a mate of mine has nearly finished a sidecar project he has been working on. It's a bit rough and ready at the moment but your welcome to try it out if you want.

Nowadays, a motorcycle sidecar might not arouse the same ecstasy as it used to bikes in early days, but the latest vehicle by Francois Knorreck is a sidecar with difference that gives an entirely new definition to the sidecars. Dubbed "Snaefell," the 1000cc Laverda motorcycle has three exhausts, and its sidecar offers a luxury ride in comparison to regular sidecars. The designer has employed different parts of a Kawasaki 1000RX and a number of cars to accomplish the motorcycle sidecar, which took 10 years and nearly 15,000 Euros to combine biking and luxury car ride in a single vehicle.
