I find it best to load your pictures to a web host first, Picasa, Flikr, Photobucket, etc. Then write your message here and leave a space for your picture. Find the address of your picture where it's hosted and then click the tree picture icon in the Advance Editor (above) to paste this address. Hey ho - preview your post and if you've done it right the picture's there.
