2011 F1 car including driver no less than 640Kg with 2400cc V8 developing say 900bhp.
900/640 * 1000 =  1406bhp/t

1985 CR500 200Kg including rider (apprx) with 491cc single cylinder 2-stroke developing say 65bhp (at crank, probably 55 at wheel).
65/200 * 1000 = 325bhp/t

 

(Not including KERS etc.)
