i will be putting a deposit down and a new bike today, only troule is, its in cornwall, my family are away on holiday (my usual way of collecting bikes is my dad borrows neighbours van) so ive text my neighbur asking if he would do it for me and still awaiting a reply, the shop selling the bike would sort out deliver but it will be £100 + VAT on top of what im paying for the bike (as its not theirs they are selling for a customer) so if anyone has a van or trailer and would like to do a massive favour! much appreciated! ill pay for fuel and a little for your time! let me know your rates and cheapest wins lol!
i dont have a car full stop lol! and never used a trailer before anyway so wouldnt work. yes road legal, bt in cornwall and its a crf 250 x so dont wanto ride it that far tbh
well it might not be sorted jack lol view reply on facebooky! its in stday nick. daytime would be better as its a shop and they close at 6, although (when he gets back off local holiday) boss lives in the flat above shop, so he could arrange and evening collection. this is the problem i may have with jack lol
i am in pinhoe (exeter) and the bike is in st day. pretty much at the end! lol depending on what the guy says about evening collection then it may be sorted. ill keep you posted
havent really had a chance to go for a proper ride yet, but im loving it already! going out for a run sunday with jack so will let you know how it goes, yes ill definatly be at a haccadown and yes you will see me! lol will still be in my ktm orange gear with a read bike lol you cant miss me to be honest!
Well I will have a very similar red bike, but will be wearing a yellow jacket & helmet (or possibly just armour if it's warm) & cammo trousers, and a slinky little number by Versace.
