I'm after a bash plate for my 1992 Honda XLR 250. I currently have a plastic Acerbis one that does the job but isn't particularly protective around the casings/oil pump.
So I'm looking for a metal wrap-around type bash guard. I've found loads of places in the States that do them for an XR250L which i believe to be very similar to the XLR, however with no garuntee it will fit i'm loathed to spend £80 on one.
So does anyone out there have one or know of somewhere that might do one? If not does anyone know somewhere that could machine one? Obviously i'm looking at spending a little less than £80 on one as well!
