Ring the SWW services helpline on 0800 169 1144 then say you have been advised by the water council to register a complaint as they have breached their terms and conditions and you want a GSS Payment for un noticed non emergency interruption to your supply you will then get a phone call from SWW customer services telling you that they are investigating then they have 10 days to respond then you should get the £25 simples!!!
