Went to see a very nice man today and came away having bought a dirt bike!  Looks like I'll be on the lookout for some novice runs then....

Thanks all smile

JT - spoke to Pearcy this PM, still has his road bike and is still lurking around here too smile

Steve - still got some of it, which is lucky, will build the rest up over time.  Looking forward to a gentle outing, tho dunno when it will be yet, I've got a brownie point defecit about the size of Alaska at the moment blankstare

Wacky - uh oh badgers, gotta look out for them, picking the bike up ain't no good for me back, one of the reasons I sold the WR cry

Thanks everyone Pearcy - you can borrow it anytime mate. Doug - would love to but I think my first outing maybe one or two flat lanes nearby. Also likely to be out on the Tarmac this w/e too, Mrs. Hoops would go mental(er) if I went out on both days!

Cheers, mate, might be several months/years before I even get a basic level of bike fitness back!  Would hope to do more than a lap this time (note to self: don't go on the piss in Cardiff 2 nights before lol).

You'll love it when you get back on the lanes, several have changed beyond recognition since you last rode them biggrin
