Due to work :( and family commitments (helping and beating eldest into revision mode for her GCSE's) I have not been out on the bike for 3 and half months :(.
The stress was getting to me, but circumstances changed and I spent the weekend out on the bike Saturday with Steve and Sunday with with Craig. What a brilliant weekend got rid of all the stresses and strains that had built up.

I am uploading some video footage as I type. Unfortunately, I did not adjust the lens properly when the camera was pointing backwards, consequently those videos look like they were filmed by the cameraman for the classic Batman TV series starring Adam West .
