It is very sad. We don't post to Russia because of the poor record of their mail delivery sytem with thefts etc. Also, it is difficult to find couriers willing to take packages. We sold a petrol tank to a Russia recently and, on the advice of the customer, it was sent via his friend in Finland 

Mind you, what right has any of us to criticise other countries what with the corruption in the UK with banking and political thieves and, now it seems, public service officials in the NHS, local councils and police forces on the take
