If you get stuck, Totally TTRs do Polisport handguard fixing kits at £8 a throw inc p&p to you if that's what you need. Available in 12mm, 14mm or 18mm. The size refers to the internal diameter of your handlebars. Most Renthal bars are 14mm and most standard steel need the 18mm kit.  


I also have a lot of bolts and fixings from all sorts of handguards in my spares box if you want to come and search through. There are quite a few different designs!

I used a Rawle Bolt on my old CRF.

Jewsons provided me with just such a thing last month when I lost one, and at a fraction of the cost of the original.
