New front tyre

Buy mich comp or perrelli note look for diamond block paturn on side walls what ever you buy ! Wye let me explain awhile back I took the project YZ250 around a dry and dusty whiteway Barton in kingsteignton track I found the front end washed out big time with the nearly new mx conventional patern front tyre ,? Next visit I had a second hand Perrelli with the mention diamond block patern the diff was amazeing no wash out carved a tight ish line on the corners brill and to boot Dave Thorpe uses them that's good enough for me then !

Nick. remember when Gavin/Kev from Surrey TRF came for that ABR run out you did. They were running those Maxxis that they were raving about, also they come at a good price. Even, Pete Bull was impressed with them as they both cleaned Piggery and Tally Ho I believe. Any way they were Maxxis M7314 for the rear http://www.oponeo.co.uk/moto-tyre/maxxis-m7314-maxxcross-en and the front http://www.oponeo.co.uk/moto-tyre/maxxis-m7313-maxxcross-en £44 free delivery. I've ordered my last few tyres from Oponeo and they seem to beat most UK places, plus they are free delivery.

I'll have to give them a go next...

Currently running a Maxxis IT M7304-1 80/100 21 front and it's good.

I also run a Maxxis MX Intermediate M7305 as my agressive rear so will keep an eye on the M7313's & M7314's as their replacements.

Thanks for the advice guys. I bought the Maxxis M7313, got it of ebay witch was £46, 2 pounds more than Harty's site, but 1 to 2 days delivery. As I wanted it quickly paid the extra £2. Cheers
